EVENT BASICS:
We are planning on hosting a D4/D5 Five man tournament at Beckley, WV on Sat 6 Jun 09. Cost: $125 per 5 man team Paint: Dxs $40-$50 a case Field Paint Only. Centerflag Format on Sup Air field. Games Begin 10:30AM Captains meeting 9:30AM CFOA rules will be applied. Semi-auto Only Prizes and/or trophies to be awarded to top 4 finishers. Amount of teams playing will determine prize level. Normal registration with $125 team entry fee deadline on or befor Tues 2 Jun 09--payment by credit card, check or Paypal accepted. Late Registration til noon Friday----with higher registration fee $175 per team entry fee. The series will be composed of four events with AWESOME trophies & prizes to be awarded. Our focus is on playing paintball with players who want to win, but want to do it only if they win by playing clean and honest paintball. If you are hit & you know you are hit and eliminated-get out-and give "kudos" to your opponent for their good play. We hope local players with like mindedness will come out and support it so we can have an opportunity for players to meet, improve their game, swap stories, have some fun and compete in a friendly honest atmosphere where hopefully you win because you played the best that day. Come play in the premiere southern West Virginia Virginia paintball series! If you want to play with good sportsmanship and the right attitude you are invited to play in one or more events in the series. Five events are scheduled for 2009. 5 Man or Women Teams, inflatable bunkered fields, centerflag, five minute games is the format. Winning teams will win trophies and prizes at each event. Play as many events as you want. Great prizes and drawings for teams that play all four events. A drawing will be held each tournament for a nice prize package for participating teams. Entry Fees $125 if paid by regular registration deadline 4 days prior to event. Late registration fee is $175, teams may register up to 24 hours prior to tournament. BYOP or field paint. Paint available normally at $40 a case at each event and on up for higher tournament grades. Reserve your paint at playing field one week prior to event to increase the probability you will get the paint you want. Team paint discounts are often available if paint paid for and ordered 1-2 weeks prior to event. Captain's meeting 9:30AM Day of Event. Start times are 10:30AM Teams may contact us for possible late registration if space available day of event but must register NLT 8 AM day of event.
